Мобильная рубительная машина DC-50 от компании Barko(США), предназначена для переработки древесных отходов (ветви, кусты, баланс, деревья вместе с ветвями) максимальным диаметром 300,5 мм. Машина располагается на собственном шасси и снабжена прицепным устройством для транспортировки за транспортными средствами (грузовики малого и среднего размера). Шасси снабжено тормозной системой и блоком задней световой сигнализации. Рама машины изготовлена из швеллера 101,6 мм. Машина отлично подходит для проведения работ по очистке автодорог, газопроводных магистралей и ЛЭП от подроста. Машина так же используется коммунальными службами при проведении работ по озеленению и благоустройству.
Подача материала к рубительным ножам производится через направляющий бункер с гидроприводными верхним (диаметр 381 мм) роликом, прижимающим и принудительно подающим материал для измельчения. Верхний ролик может быть поднят с помощью гидравлики, что позволяет наряду с длинным материалом, перерабатывать кусковые отходы. Кроме того, при переработке тяжелого материала, оператор может увеличить силу прижима верхнего ролика. Машина снабжена собственной гидравлической системой (маслобак, гидронасос). Объем системы – 56,8 литров.
Переработка материла в щепу, производится двумя ножами, установленными на конический барабан DisCone (запатентованный), разработанный специалистами компании Dynamic(США). Специальная форма барабана и расположение ножей позволяют снизить вибрации, износ ножей, расход топлива на тонну щепы от 21 до 63%. Рубительные ножи имеют две рубящих стороны, позволяющих при износе одной стороны использовать вторую.
Выброс щепы производится через выводную трубу, вращающуюся на 360º. Дальность выброса щепы регулируется заслонкой на выводной трубе.
DC-50 снабжена автоматической системой контроля подающего устройства, представляющей собой систему обратной связи (обороты двигателя – вращение подающих роликов). При падении оборотов приводного двигателя – подача роликами автоматически прекращается до восстановления нормальных оборотов двигателя.

JUNKKARI HJ 500 – Машина рубительная передвижная с гидравлической подачей и приводом от трактора. Исполнение с гидравлической системой, обособленной от гидравлической системы трактора.
Рубительная машина JUNKKARI HJ 500 состоит их трех компонентов: собственно рубильной машины JUNKKARI HJ 500, гидравлического манипулятора Pattruna 866 с опорными ногами и трейлера с прицепным устройством и системой карданных валов.
Рубительная машина JUNKKARI HJ 500 крепится на трейлер с одноосным шасси и приводится в действие от ВОМ трактора через систему карданных валов. Расположение станка – приемным бункером к кабине трактора.
Управление машиной осуществляется из кабины трактора через пульт электрогидравлического дистанционного управления с кабелем. Для работы электрической части рубильной машины (управление гидроподачей, устройство No stress), трактор должен быть снабжен разъемом 12 В.
Гидравлическая подача JUNKKARI HJ 500 – бункер с двумя гидравлически приводимыми роликами для захвата материала и подачи его к ножам. Нижний ролик вращается на неподвижно закрепленной оси, верхний ролик подпружинен и двигается в вертикальной плоскости, повторяя форму перерабатываемого материала. Гидравлическая подача имеет три положения: стоп, подача вперед, реверс. Дистанционное электронное управление гидравлической подачей осуществляется через кабель.
Исполнение – с гидравлической системой, обособленной от гидравлики трактора. Рубительная машина снабжена отдельной гидростанцией, в комплект которой входит маслобак, гидронасос, который приводится в действие через цепную передачу от звездочки, расположенной на валу рубительной машины.
Машина подготовлена для работы с подающим гидроманипулятором Pattruna 866.
Вытяжная труба вращается на 360°, по вертикали угол выброса щепы регулируется заслонкой. Кроме того в констуктив машины добавлены: активаторы для регулировки вытяжной трубы (вращение на 360) и заслонки на трубе (направление по вертикали).
Машина снабжена устройством обратной связи NO STRESS, которое при падении оборотов двигателя, вызванных увеличением нагрузки на рубильной машине, приостанавливает скорость подачи гидравлики до восстановления нормальной работы трактора.

SKORPION 280 RBG is the smallest produced by Teknamotor drum-type chipper with a chain feeder meant to cooperate with a min. 60 HP farm tractor (540 rpm). Large loading table, 265 mm wide and 190 mm high inlet allows chipping branches with offshoots (with leaves and needles) as well as a round timber of the diameter up to 180 mm. A sector-type drum with three cutting knives (one rotation of the drum for one full cut) allows to achieve a very high potential of the chipper with a relatively low power of the tractor. Knives – produced out of special alloy steel and properly heat treated - can be sharpened several times – even 20 mm of the nominal size, assuring theirs long-term use. As a standard, the chipper is equipped with a speed control of feeding which allows production of chips in the range of 5 – 25 mm in length. With this solution the Client can produce small chips which – after further processing on hammer mills – can be used to produce briquettes or pellets. Installed screen ensures high regularity if chips. Chips are advanced from under the screen to the fan by a screw conveyor, than discharged thorough the ejection tube. The chipper is equipped with manually swiveled by 360°ejection tube. Optionally, the ejection tube can be extended. The feeding system consists of built on a rocker toothed roll of the diameter of 280 mm and a feeding table equipped with toothed 680 mm in length chain feeder, preceded by manually folded flap. This solution makes the loading much easier, improves the work of operator and increases the efficiency. Both - roll and chain feeder - are powered by hydraulic gear motors driven by own hydraulic pump installed on the chipper; farm tractor only serves as a PTO drive unit. As a standard, the chipper is also additionally equipped with one of the most advanced electronic system of work control available on European market automatically protecting the propulsion system of the machine against overload/excessive duty through temporary stopping the feeding unit. Easily editable software of the No-stress system provides a simple way to change the settings of the machine adapting it to individual needs. Preset "thick wood" and "thin wood" modes allow fast and easy change of the operation of the chipper in order to match the current material to be shred and increase the effectiveness of work. Total- and daily- hour meter is built into this system. Produced chips may be used as a solid fuel for heating, as a raw material for production of paper, furniture boards, and after additional disintegrating in a hammer mill for pellets and briquettes production. Skorpion 350 SDB is the drum-type chipper build in the form of special purpose trailer, meant to work with the wood wastes of the diameter up to 250 mm. The chipper is powered by 4 cylinder, 84 HP turbocharged diesel engine by Perkins or Yanmar. The feeding system consists of toothed upper roll, which pulls in and press the wood (ø 380mm) and toothed metal crawler (680 mm in length), preceded by the foldable feeding table. The roll and crawler are both driven by hydraulic motors, powered by own hydraulic pump, installed on the chipper. Sectoral cutting system consisting of 4 knives on the drum (one cut on one full turn) and one counter knife provides great potential of the chipper in relation to the load of the drive. Déchiqueteuse Scorpion 280 RB sert à émietter des branches, de billots d`arbres de diamètre à 160 mm. Skorpion 280 RB est le broyeur mobile à tambour. L`emploi du système de trois couteaux coupants sur le tambour et du tamis dans la construction de la déchiqueteuse assure l`obtention des copeaux de bois de la haute régularité. Les copeaux de bois sont rejetés par la cheminée tournante tournée de 360° par rapport aux châssis. La déchiqueteuse avec l`arrangement d`accrocher de trois points est destiné à la collaboration avec un tracteur aratoire de la puissance minimum de 60 ch. La propulsion est transmise par le rouleau de la propulsion du tracteur.
